Short and without small print: we use your details only to handle your order or request.

Which details

Through the order form we ask for your name, email address, address, country and the number of bags; phone number and remarks are optional. Through the retailer form we ask for company name, contact person, email address and town; phone number and message are optional. We ask for nothing more.

What for

To confirm your order, email the invoice and ship the bags, or to contact you about selling in your shop. We do not use your details for newsletters or advertising and we do not pass them on to others, except to the carrier that delivers the bag.

How it works technically

The form sends your message as an email to Terradraf. The website runs on Vercel and the email is sent through Resend. Both process the details only to deliver the email. The website sets no cookies and uses no trackers.

How long

We keep the email as long as needed for the order and for the statutory retention period of our records.

Your rights

You may view, correct or delete your details. Email info@terradraf.com to do so.
